# NotHuman > It is Not Human what we can do. > NotHuman (nothuman.ch) is a Swiss AI automation agency for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) anywhere in Switzerland, working on site or remotely. It builds custom AI agents, workflow automation and AI-powered websites: email triage, invoice and document processing, B2B prospecting and follow-ups, marketing automation, SEO and GEO (visibility in Google and in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot), AI-driven websites and chatbots, multilingual content, video and podcast pipelines, automated reporting and cross-tool sync. It also offers a free AI audit and a half-day team workshop. A person on the client's team approves what the agents prepare. The full text of the site, as plain Markdown, is at https://nothuman.ch/llms-full.txt ## How NotHuman works - Free AI audit: a 3-minute online quiz or a 30-minute call, ending with three automations suited to the client's sector and an estimate of the time they could free up. - Personal use case: on the website, a visitor can assemble their own use case (task, tools, data, volume) and send it; NotHuman replies with a first plan. - Team workshop: half a day at the client's office anywhere in Switzerland, or by video: safe use of AI, data not to enter, an AI usage policy written together, and the first task to automate. - Custom automations: built and tested on the client's own data. The aim is a first automation in service 2 to 4 weeks after the audit. - Monthly care: hosting, monitoring, small improvements and a monthly report. - Pricing: on quote (set-up cost plus monthly fee). The audit is free. ## What NotHuman builds - Operations: email triage and reply drafts, invoices and documents (amounts and IBANs re-checked by code), automated reports and dashboards, custom AI agents connected to the client's tools. - Growth: B2B prospecting from public registers with personalised first emails, approved by a person before sending; marketing automation (segments, email sequences, campaigns, follow-ups) with consent and opt-out as Swiss law requires; SEO and GEO (technical SEO, structured data, content planned around real questions, llms.txt, tracking of how AI assistants cite the brand); multilingual content (French, German, Italian, English); AI video and podcast production pipelines; AI-driven websites and chatbots that answer from the client's own documents. - No guaranteed rankings: search engines and AI assistants decide what they show. NotHuman works on what makes a site easy to find, understand and quote. ## Models and data - NotHuman chooses the model for each task and for how sensitive the data is: leading models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral) or open-source models such as Apertus, the open Swiss language model built by EPFL, ETH Zurich and CSCS, Llama or Qwen. - For sensitive data, open-source models can be hosted in Switzerland or on the client's own infrastructure.
